Maintenance
All maintenance to your website will be charged at the rate described on our rates page.. An optional maintenance package is also available. Ongoing maintenance of your website after the initial set up will include, but is not limited to:
· Perform routine tasks, site monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimum usability/functionality
· Daily testing links, testing navigation, testing forms, etc. to ensure all are functioning properly
· Basic copy editing within existing sections (at client request)
· Graphic image changes (at client request)
· Reporting any site problems to site owners
· Remaining available to site owners for technical questions
· Responding to incidents reported by site owners
