Maintenance
All maintenance to your website will be charged at the rate described on the rates page. An optional maintenance package is available. Ongoing maintenance of your website after the initial set up will include, but is not limited to:
· Perform routine tasks, site monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimum usability/functionality
· Daily testing links, testing navigation, testing forms, etc. to ensure all are functioning properly
· Basic copy editing within existing sections (at client request)
· Graphic image changes (at client request)
· Reporting any site problems to site owners
· Remaining available to site owners for technical questions
· Responding to incidents reported by site owners

Maintenance Package

The Maintenance Package is $50.00 per month, to be billed on a monthly basis.  Maintenance of your website after the initial set up will include:
· Up to 2 hours of work performing maintenance described above (after 2 hours rate is $35 per hour)
· Ongoing anytime availability for questions, help, etc.
